The DILF is a diploma for French as a foreign language that asses the beginners knowledge (level A1.1 of the Cadre europ\u00e9en commun de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence for languages of the Council of Europe, or Conseil de l’Europe).\u00a0 It constitutes the first step toward the DELF and the DALF.<\/p>\n
Just as the DELF and the DALF, the DILF is issued by the Department of National Education, Higher Education, and Research.<\/p>\n
