Managing your orders
Your information and data are necessary for managing your enrollment in courses and exams. This information may also be kept for evidence in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, such as payment, warranty and litigation.

Your information and data allow us to improve and personalize the services we offer on our website, as well as the information we send you.
Fighting against fraud
In order to secure payments and ensure a high level of service, personal data collected on the website is also processed by CILFA in order to determine the level of fraud risk associated with each registration and, where necessary, to help modify their conditions of fulfillment. Within the framework of this analysis, CILFA is likely to question its specialized risk prevention service providers in order to further the analysis (especially Crédit Agricole).
CILFA may, depending on the results of controls performed on registrations, take security measures, particularly in the form of a request for supporting documents or the proposal of another payment method. If the outcome of the analysis doesn’t guarantee the security of the registration, it may be canceled. The occurrence of an incident (unpaid due to fraudulent use of a payment method) will result in saving the data for this registration to the CILFA alert file, which may result in CILFA performing additional verifications during subsequent reservations..
At any time during the risk analysis performed by CILFA, you may present your case. In addition, you have all rights of access, correction, deletion and opposition as afforded by the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978. In accordance with current laws, your application must be signed and accompanied by a photocopied form of identification bearing your signature. You must also specify the address at which you wish to receive the answer. To exercise your rights in the fight against fraud, contact:
CILFA: either electronically or by mail, by including your last name, first name, email address and, if possible, your order reference.
Your bank: via their contact procedure.

If you don’t want social media platforms to disclose your actions from plug-ins on your social media accounts, you should log out of your social media accounts before visiting our site.
